AUTOMATIC GOLD/SILVER ROLLS LEAF GILDING MACHINE
The PAO MACC GROUP Multi-Head Rolls-Leaf Machine design is the result of twenty-five years of machinery building experience ( the first PAO MACC automatic multi-head roll-leaf was made in 1974 ). With this we have addressed the need of high demand and superior quality for picture frame manufacturers around the world. This machine applies gold and silver leaf in rolls on moulding, manufactured of wood, plastic or MDF, flat and shaping or compo surface. Intricate profiles can be effectively with the use of this machine.
The DF Model Machine
is available with 8 heads, which are alternately placed on the machine. Each head is adjustable from 0° to 90°, by means of a veneer scale. The leaf is applied on the moulding sizing preparing by two special round sponge wheels that could be using with or with-out pre-shaping . The gold
leaf or silver are paper supporting ; a under vacuum container , supplied with the machine take this paper support and collecting it into one container.
