AUTOMATIC SPRAY MACHINES

Automatic Spray Machine for all types of painting, suitable for finishing all types of linear profile, mouldings etc. The machine can be configured with 2 or more automatic guns max. 12. The profiles are feed by solvent-proof conveyor belts 120 mm. wide material feed speed is controlled with a 1-hp speed variator and/or inverter Siemens. A PLC Siemens linked to micro-switch and/or photoelectric cell device controls the activation of each gun in relationship to the feed rate of the material. The PLC also displayed the productions in meters, the number of pieces, working speed; time the machine has been in operation, etc.

The cabinet has an easy access hood for quick set-up. Two, or more, funnel like paint deflector ( in stainless steel or Teflon covered (OPT), transfer the over spray to holding pails located in a large movable tray in the backside of the machine. All paint deflectors are made in special steel and can be removed and easily cleaned.

One or more diaphragm pumps feed the spray guns. Control of atomised air is independent for each gun. Individual gun controls, air pressure and switches are located with the PLC in the control panel. Execution of set-up and volume test can easily be performed, by consoles near the guns location.

The unit has it own vacuum system rated at 8.000 cbm/hour. This system forces the over spray under the profile through the base of the machine and up through a plenum on back of the machine to the vent. The over spray must pass by two baffles which stop the solids and through two filters box.
