SLITTING MACHINE - TB MODEL

The machine consist in a solid steel base with a fix shaft and supported trough a variable-speed drive which can be regulated from 350-1750 rpm. The shaft is supported by a turret and trough a tailstock ,in the other side of the variator. The shaft can be removed easily and the foil roll is inserted . A fixed high speed steel knife is pulled into the roll by the hand of the operator to cut the foil to desired widths. A fast measuring system ensures a high degree of cutting accuracy.The blade is warranty for a very hight numbrer of slices.
